Designed for a young family, Claygate Street brings together warmth, personality and everyday practicality.
Materials were chosen to be both beautiful and hard-wearing — able to handle the pace of family life while still feeling luxurious but not pretentious.

Working within a modest footprint, a key focus of the project was making the home feel as functional as possible without losing a sense of openness. Custom joinery is integrated throughout to maximise storage, allowing each space to feel organised, calm and easy to live in.
